Do you have services to offer other than those mentioned on the website or blogs?
- Yes, we have other service. We call it “Customized tour”. This sort of service offers you who would like to request tours or packages according to their own customization or planning.
- This service enable you to request us to modify itinerary programs and packages based on your interest. Should you wish to request this service simply go to Contact us page to send us your message and we would get back to you with details and rate (option) to offer.
Why there are no price lists on your website?
- We don’t put price lists on website because we basically offer flexible services at where you could easily request us to modify, revise or change according to your planning and interest. Please don’t hesitate to drop us email or contact us should you have interest in certain tour packages we offer. We would be gladly to reply you with more details you require. Or if you would like to inquire tailor-made tour package adapted to your planning and schedule, feel free to send us request, and we would reply to you with details of tour package proposal.
Do you organize and offer sharing group or join in coach tours?
- Unfortunately, we don’t operate, organize or offer such tours. Our main focus is at private tour programs, tour packages and transport (rent car with driver) service.
- First, please browse tours and holiday packages we have to offer. When you have found tours and holiday packages you take interest, simply use Book Now or Send Enquiry button at each of the tour product displayed on the website (These features managed by the plugins, it may take awhile for us get your message).

- Also, please include specific request (if any) such as type of transport, hotel or accommodation, tour guide, etc.

How to confirm booking?
- Once you have approved our offer, you could confirm your booking by using the Booking Confirmation form at this website, email, WhatsApp or direct phone call (detail phone numbers mentioned on the header).
- Booking confirmation includes information such as names and number of participant, starting and ending date and other additional request (if any).
What are payment terms do you offer when booking your tours or packages?
- When we have received your booking, we would send you invoice to request down payment (DP)
Down payment method: by bank / wire transfer OR by credit card to our PayPal account. (Please contact us for our bank details or PayPal email).
- Once your down payment has been paid, a receipt will be sent to you by email. The receipt is as the proof of your down payment and later on it should be presented upon arrival or pick service at the requested location / point of arrival.
- Balance or rest payment paid upon arrival or pick service. Balance payment method preferably by cash.
